Delivery Information

-   All items will have the estimated delivery timeframe displayed on the product page. Any delays/unforeseen circumstances that may affect this timeframe will be conveyed to yourselves.. 

- At Twilight Decor we use a variety of reliable couriers/freight services to deliver your goods. The courier used depends on the product that has been ordered. Most of these services will offer tracking information and specific delivery time slots which will be passed onto you. 

- Customers are liable to any charges that may result from a missed, failed or rejected delivery. Of course we will aid in any circumstances to prevent this from happening.

Free Next Day Delivery:

- Our next day delivery items are subject to the condition that the order is placed before 1pm. 

- All of these items are put on an express next day service, this service has a success rate of 97%. The 3% of items that do not arrive next day will arrive within 2 working days of order.
